## Description

**Job Purpose**  

As the SDR Coordinator specializing in Content Lab services, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying new business opportunities focused on our creative and content-driven solutions. These include Content Creation Retainers, Website Development, Live Event Coverage, and Report Creation & Curation. You will engage prospects through targeted outreach, understand their content and digital needs, and position Content Lab’s offerings to address business challenges.

**Duties & Responsibilities**  

**Lead Generation & Pipeline Development**

-   Drive consistent weekly and monthly lead generation through strategies like cold calling, email outreach, social selling, and networking.
-   Dive into target markets to identify and prioritize high-potential prospects that align with company objectives.
-   Evaluate leads against defined criteria (e.g., budget, authority, need, timeline) to ensure they match the ideal customer profile.
-   Facilitate meaningful engagements by scheduling meetings or demos for the Sales team with qualified prospects.
-   Strengthen relationships by following up on outreach, addressing objections, and sharing value-driven information.
-   Hit daily and weekly goals, maintaining a steady cadence of calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to fuel the pipeline.
-   Partner with the Sales team, to streamline lead handoffs and ensure alignment in the sales journey.
-   Stay informed on company offerings, industry trends, and competition to effectively pitch and position solutions.
-   Relay insights from prospects to marketing and product teams to refine targeting and messaging strategies.
-   Leverage CRM systems, engagement platforms, and analytics tools to optimize lead management and workflows.

**Sales Development Strategy & Execution**

-   Work with the VP of Growth, and Marketing team to shape and refine strategies that boost lead generation, qualification, and conversion.
-   Implement proven methodologies to enhance cold outreach, social selling, and prospect engagement techniques.
-   Align with marketing to synchronize target personas, campaigns, and messaging for maximum impact.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**

-   Partner with the Sales team to ensure smooth lead transitions and boost conversion rates.
-   Stay in sync with marketing teams to ensure alignment on campaign goals and messaging strategies.

**Process Optimization & Innovation**

-   Regularly analyze and optimize SDR workflows to improve efficiency and conversion rates.
-   Stay ahead of trends and implement cutting-edge sales tools and strategies to enhance team performance.

**Performance Monitoring & Reporting**

-   Monitor and analyze key metrics like outreach activity, meetings booked, and lead conversion rates.
-   Use CRM tools and analytics to generate actionable reports and identify areas for improvement

**Education, Experience & Qualifications**  

-   Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
-   (1-3) years of experience in sales development, sales operations, or a related field.
-   Experience in sales, client interaction, in the technology or language services sector.
-   Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
-   Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
-   Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
-   Professional attitude, resilience, and a positive approach to challenges.
-   Good understanding of sales methodologies, tools, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach).
-   Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Arabic.
