## Description

**Job Purpose**

The AI Solution Engineer Manager will lead a team of engineers in designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered language solutions tailored to our clients' needs. You will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between cutting-edge AI technologies and customer requirements, ensuring the successful delivery of innovative and scalable AI solutions.

## Requirements

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Lead and manage a team of AI solution engineers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support.
-   Collaborate closely with product management, presales, and sales teams to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
-   Design and architect AI-based solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
-   Oversee the development and deployment of AI language technologies, including NLP, machine learning models, and related applications.
-   Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
-   Stay current with the latest advancements in AI and language technologies, incorporating best practices into the development process.
-   Manage technical documentation and ensure knowledge sharing within the team and with stakeholders.
-   Participate in client meetings and presentations to demonstrate technical solutions and capabilities.

**Qualifications**

-   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
-   Minimum 8 years of experience in AI development or engineering roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
-   Strong expertise in AI technologies, including NLP, machine learning, deep learning frameworks, and language processing tools.
-   Experience with AI deployment and integration in production environments.
-   Proven track record managing and mentoring engineering teams.
-   Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
-   Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
-   Knowledge of cloud platforms and services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
-   Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
