In this role, you will develop, implement, and optimize multi-channel performance marketing campaigns that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions for our diverse portfolio of clients.

**Responsibilities**

-   Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies across multiple channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other digital platforms.
-   Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to ensure maximum ROI and achieve KPIs such as CPA, CPC, ROAS, and LTV.
-   Conduct thorough market research to identify target audiences and evaluate competitor performance.
-   Utilize digital analytics and data to perform A/B testing, optimize landing pages, and refine audience targeting strategies.
-   Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Creative, Content, and Analytics, to ensure cohesive and impactful marketing strategies.
-   Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and growth hacking.
-   Develop detailed performance reports and provide actionable insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
-   Manage budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize campaign performance.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
-   Experience in a digital marketing agency is preferred.
-   2+ years of proven experience in managing and optimizing successful multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.
-   Expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
-   Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
-   Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
-   Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex strategies to clients and stakeholders.
