**Position Summary:** As a critical member of our Production team, you will play a hands-on role in the sub-assembly and installation of major components for our vehicles.

Starting wage: $19.50

Location: 51165 Greenfield Parkway, Middlebury, IN 46540

**Essential Duties:**

-   Work effectively in a team environment
-   Must be able to perform all work allocated
-   Must be able to work from blueprints, process sheets and/or instructions
-   Must be able to read a tape measure and have basic math skills.
-   Must be able to work with minimum supervision

## Requirements

-   Experience with general assembly
-   Experience working in a manufacturing environment
-   Computer and organizational skills
-   Goal orientated and motivation to achieve tasks within set timelines
-   Previous experience with 5S and lean manufacturing would be considered an asset.
-   Time management and thoroughness

**Physical & Workplace Requirements:**

-   Ability to lift items over 25 lbs. regularly, perform repetitive movements (bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, climbing), and work on elevated surfaces or confined spaces.
-   Must be able to stand and walk on hard surfaces for extended periods (up to 8+ hours).
