# Service & Warranty Administrator

## Description

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

•Process warranty claims – approve/deny or present issues outside of norm, authorized up to $500 without approval

•Release warranty claims for payment

•Monitor warranty claims to assure dealer compliance

•Place any/all POs for Service & Warranty

•Maintain high customer satisfaction

•Help with Reporting, where needed

•Provide semi-monthly reports of warranty claims approved, breakdown of claim totals by dealer, and breakdown of claims by labor operation codes including top ten codes which is communicated with Sales, Engineering, Production, Accounting, and Management

•Provide data for quarterly TREAD reporting

•Provide data for quarterly NHTSA reporting

•Help with the Process & Procedure manuals

•Maintain high customer satisfaction

Other tasks as assigned

Physical Activity/Requirements:

• This position could be very active but also alot of sitting behind a desk.

Must be able to lift and/or move items over 25 pounds.

## Requirements

Experience/Knowledge:

•Knowledge of bus manufacturing or transit industry would be considered an asset.

•Experience in a manufacturing process a plus.

•Experience with Microsoft office: Excel and Word

•A combination of education and experience with warranty in a manufacturing environment.

Having NetSuite experience would be a plus
