### **About the Team**

You will technically lead a squad that develops a deep understanding of colleague needs, product analytics, financial targets, and external industry innovation to drive strategy and operations for workforce identity platforms.

You will work with a squad of specialists and engineers focused on identity workflows, integration development, and configuration, aligned with the digital experience requirements of more than 10,000 people working towards Plan Zero.

You will be part of an international Enterprise Security and Platforms team, working alongside colleagues in Lithuania and collaborating closely with teammates in the UK.

### **What You’ll Be Doing**

-   Build a deep understanding of current and future internal stakeholder needs.
-   Own the approach for enabling all internal stakeholders to leverage digital workforce and non-human identity capabilities.
-   Define and **drive** the technical roadmap for workforce IAM across the full digital experience lifecycle, while ensuring alignment with security requirements.
-   **Lead** a cross-functional squad of engineering and tooling specialists.
-   **Implement** and **contribute** to security guardrails across our digital experience platforms.
-   Champion technical standards and contribute to security standards, balancing user-facing and non-user-facing improvements to enhance stability, efficiency, and risk reduction.
-   Identify opportunities for high-impact improvements for all stakeholders.
-   Collaborate across teams and internal stakeholders to make informed build-vs-buy recommendations for relevant areas of the digital experience.
-   Partner with enablement squads across the organisation to identify and leverage common building blocks.
-   Determine whether and how digital experience capabilities should be integrated into other internal applications as needed.

### **Requirements**

**Advanced experience with:**

-   Workforce identity platforms, particularly **Okta**. Okta Developer, Consultant, Administrator, or Workflow certifications would be a plus.
-   Google Identity.
-   Azure AD / Entra ID and other Identity Providers (IdPs).
-   At least one **greenfield implementation of Okta Workforce Identity Cloud**.

**Familiarity with the following technologies and principles:**

-   Slack
-   Microsoft 365
-   Mobile Device Management (Google, Mosyle, and Intune)
-   Remote device management
-   SaaS observability and control
-   Other collaboration tools
