**Role Overview  
**We are looking for high-energy, multilingual Inside Sales Executives to join our Hyderabad team. You will be responsible for engaging SME owners and decision-makers over phone and video calls, understanding their pain points, demonstrating Swipe's value, and converting leads into paying customers — all from our Hyderabad office.  
**Key Responsibilities**  

-   Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups to qualified SME leads across India  
    
-   Deliver compelling product demos of Swipe's invoicing, GST, and payment features via phone or video  
    
-   Understand prospect pain points and map them to Swipe's solutions in the prospect's preferred language  
    
-   Own the full sales cycle from first contact to closure and onboarding handoff  
    
-   Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline data, and daily activity logs  
    
-   Meet and exceed monthly revenue, conversion, and activity targets  
    
-   Collaborate with the product and support teams to relay customer feedback  
    
-   Leverage regional language fluency to build trust and increase conversion rates in target markets  
    

**Key Skills**  

-   Fluency in English and Hindi (spoken and written) — mandatory, non-negotiable  
    
-   Proficiency in one or more regional languages (Tamil, Marathi, Malayalam, Kannada, Bengali, Gujarati, Punjabi, Odia, Assamese) — a strong advantage  
    
-   Strong verbal communication and active listening skills  
    
-   Self-motivated with a result-oriented mindset  
    
-   Comfortable with targets, metrics, and performance reviews  
    
-   Willingness to relocate to and work from Hyderabad  
    

**Qualifications**  

-   Fluency in English and Hindi (spoken and written) — non-negotiable  
    
-   Prior experience in inside sales, telecalling, or B2B/SaaS sales (preferred)  
    
-   Familiarity with GST, invoicing, or SME business processes (preferred)  
    
-   Experience using CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, or similar) (preferred)  
    
-   Bachelor's degree in any discipline (BBA, [B.Com](http://B.Com), BA, BSc, etc.) (preferred)  
    
-   Candidates fluent in 3 or more languages (English, Hindi, and at least one regional language) will be given priority consideration
