**Job Title:** UI/UX Designer  
**Location:** Vashi, Navi Mumbai (On-site)  
**Experience Required:** 1–4 years  
**CTC Range:** ₹4–5 LPA

**About the Role:**  
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our in-house design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, user behavior, and product usability, and the ability to turn complex ideas into simple, elegant, and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.  
**Key Responsibilities:**  

-   Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define design goals.  
    

  

-   Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to derive actionable insights.  
    

  

-   Create personas, user journeys, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.  
    

  

-   Design pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces aligned with brand guidelines.  
    

  

-   Develop and maintain design systems and style guides for consistency across platforms.  
    

  

-   Work closely with developers to ensure smooth handoffs and implementation.  
    

  

-   Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and innovations.  
    

  
**Skills & Tools Required:**  
**Design Tools:** Figma (mandatory), Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision  
**Prototyping Tools:** Figma, Marvel, Framer
