**Role Summary:**

As a Salesforce QA Engineer, you will play a critical role in our software development lifecycle. You will focus on validating requirements, testing custom Salesforce configurations. Your detailed approach to testing will help us deliver exceptional value to our customers.

**Responsibilities:**

Testing & Validation

-   Perform comprehensive Manual Testing (Functional, Accessibility, and Security) and API testing within Salesforce ecosystem.
-   Validate custom Salesforce configurations—including Flows, Validation Rules, Workflows, and Lightning components—against business requirements.
-   Identify critical edge cases and business logic gaps early in the lifecycle to minimize
-   defect leakage to later stages.
-   Support release validation activities, including standard smoke testing and regression testing when needed. Analysis & Support
-   Review and analyze software requirements to ensure full testability and alignment with overall business needs.
-   Collaborated closely with Developers, BAs, and PMs to clarify requirements and maintain good test coverage.
-   Support customer demonstrations and assist end users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions if needed.
-   Contribute to business and system enhancements by identifying operational gaps and suggesting actionable improvements.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
-   0–2 years of experience in software testing, with a strong interest in building a career in the Salesforce ecosystem.
-   Good understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
-   Experience with API testing.
-   Familiarity with test automation concepts and tools such as Selenium, RestAssured, or Playwright.
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify edge cases and think from the end user's perspective.
-   Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
-   ISTQB Foundation Level (FL) certification is a Must
