# Analyst/Associate - Corporate Private Investment

## Description

-   Develop financial models and perform data / investment analysis.
-   Conduct company due diligence and lead diligence process.
-   Research new deal opportunities.
-   Perform relative value analysis.
-   Assist in the preparation of investment memoranda.
-   Participate in the transaction closing process.
-   Assume transaction post-closing responsibilities.
-   Coordinate with internal functions including Asset Management, Treasury and Operations.
-   Collate and distill large sets of disparate data into actionable insights for the investment team.
-   Create bespoke financial models and complete detailed financial analysis of potential investment opportunities.
-   Prepare investment memoranda, research reports and presentations outlining macro trends, industry dynamics, business development opportunities, and organizational matters.
-   Maintain a transaction pipeline tracking system.
-   Taking notes on discussions with outside parties
-   Contributing to improve processes, reduce risks and increase controls
-   Track financial performance of the issuer/s against our initial investment thesis and general market expectations
-   Proactively identify any deterioration in underlying fundamentals of the issuer/s and flag any concerns regarding potential underperformance
-   Identify any relevant industry trends that could result in a deterioration or improvement of underlying fundamentals

## Requirements

-   Minimum 3 years experience.
-   Candidate should be able to join within 30 days.
-   Excellent communication skills.
-   Prior team management experience is mandatory.
