### Job Summary

Aretum is seeking an Facilitation Specialist that supports information sharing, analysis, and operational coordination among external partners and internal cybersecurity offices to strengthen collaboration and support strategic planning. The Operations Facilitation Specialist will translate complex cybersecurity information into clear executive briefings and written products that inform leadership decisions and operational priorities.

Due to the nature of our work as a federal consulting organization, employees may be expected to handle Controlled Unclassified Information and must adhere to applicable safeguarding and compliance requirements.

### Responsibilities

-   Coordinate information sharing, analysis, and operational activities across external partners and internal cybersecurity organizations.
-   Build and maintain strong relationships with cybersecurity industry partners and other external stakeholders to support collaboration and information exchange.
-   Analyze cybersecurity information and translate technical findings into clear, actionable information for executive and non-technical audiences.
-   Develop and deliver executive briefings, reports, and other written products that support operational planning and strategic initiatives.
-   Support coordination between technical and policy teams by identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to improve cybersecurity operations and information sharing.

## Requirements

-   BA/BS degree and 5 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
-   Experience with cyber threat intelligence and cybersecurity operations center processes.
-   Experience supporting cyber incident response activities and working across both technical and policy environments.
-   Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate complex technical information for executive audiences.

## Benefits

-   Salary Range: $105,000–$125,000 annually. Final compensation will be determined based on factors including education, experience, qualifications, skills, and applicable contract requirements.
