## Description

ARETUM, a leading government contracting company specializing in technology-enabled mission support services, is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Procurement Specialist to join our team. As a Procurement Specialist at ARETUM, you will play a crucial role in managing our procurement processes and ensuring compliance with government regulations and company policies.

### Responsibilities

-   Perform and document requirements analyses
-   Coordinate with business owners to draft procurement request documentation, including statements of work or performance work statements and IGCEs
-   Conduct and document alternatives analyses as well as market research
-   Conduct and document procurement risk assessments
-   Prepare and implement procurement strategies, ensuring compliance with appropriate guidelines
-   Develop Capital Planning and Investment Control documentation and manage the Capital Planning and Investment Control Process in accordance with OMB Circular A-11 as well as applicable DHS instructions

## Requirements

-   Master's Degree preferably in the fields of finance or accounting
-   Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office required
-   10 years of demonstrated experience required
-   Must be detail-oriented and able to handle multiple priorities at once
-   Must possess strong interpersonal communications and teamwork skills
-   Must be an exceptional writer
-   Enjoys a team-oriented environment, but able to function independently
-   Takes ownership of projects and can prioritize assignments
-   Ability/Willingness to Travel to Washington, DC occasionally
-   Eligibility to receive DHS suitability required. Current DHS Suitability preferred
