They will be responsible for delivering high-quality translation and interpretation services between English and French/French Creole for training materials, lessons and training. Their role will include both simultaneous and consecutive interpretation during sessions, as well as written translation of key documents, presentations, and participant materials to maintain consistency and clarity across all program components.  **What you'll be doing** - Provide simultaneous and consecutive interpretation during training sessions, workshops, and meetings.   - Translate training materials, presentations, participant handouts, and official project documentation between English and French/French Creole, ensuring linguistic accuracy and contextual relevance.  - Support trainers and facilitators in preparing bilingual session materials and assist with real-time clarification of concepts or terminology as needed.   - Maintain a glossary of key technical terms to ensure consistency in translation across project activities.   - Collaborate with the Project team to review and proofread final documents, ensuring adherence to project terminology and style standards.   - Participate in coordination meetings as required to plan and schedule translation and interpretation needs for upcoming activities.   - Ensure consistency and coherence with other interpreters across all training subjects to ensure standardisation.   - Participate in After-Action Reviews, weekly, monthly, end-of-course and ad-hoc meetings.
