## Description

**Job Discerption:**

\-          Develop and implement comprehensive growth marketing strategies for VAS subscription products.

\-          Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

\-          Create and execute customer acquisition campaigns to drive subscription sign-ups.

\-          Implement retention strategies to reduce churn and increase customer lifetime value.

\-          Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).

\-          Make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing campaigns and improve overall performance.

\-          Collaborate with product, design, and content teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing campaigns.

\-          Work closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals.

\-          Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize marketing channels and messaging.

\-          Continuously iterate on strategies based on performance data and industry best practices.

\-          Manage marketing budgets effectively to achieve maximum ROI/GM.

\-          Provide regular reporting on budget utilization and performance metrics.

\-          Collaborate with content creators to develop compelling and engaging marketing materials.

## Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or any related field. 

\-          2-3 years of experience as a senior Performance and growth marketing role, preferably within the technology or subscription services industry.

\-          Demonstrated success in driving Performance and Growth for VAS subscription products.

\-          Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.

\-          Ability to think strategically and develop innovative marketing approaches to achieve business objectives.

\-          Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

\-          Track record of achieving and exceeding key performance indicators and business goals.

\- Google Ads certification is preferred.

\- Knowledge of VAS-oriented marketing agencies around the MEA region is highly preferred.
