Our client, a leading player in the agricultural sector, is seeking a **Field Supervisor** to join their Palm Oil Estates Operations team in Indonesia. This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious and adventurous South African, based anywhere in South Africa, to take on a dynamic, hands-on role within large-scale field operations in a highly rewarding environment.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Supervise and coordinate daily field activities including planting, harvesting, crop care, and road maintenance.
-   Ensure efficient transportation of harvested fruit from the estate to the mills.
-   Analyse productivity data and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
-   Mentor and upskill a team of 50–150 field workers across 500–2,300 hectares.
-   Contribute to a culture of accountability, collaboration, and performance excellence.

## Requirements

### About You

-   Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Forestry, or a related field.
-   3–5 years’ experience in agriculture or field-based operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
-   Independent, proactive, eager to learn, and results-oriented.
-   Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross-culturally.
-   Open to learning new languages and living in a remote location.
-   Single and adventurous, with a love for the outdoors and sports.
