Our client is seeking an exceptional and experienced **Hotel Manager** with a passion for making guests feel at home.

This is a senior leadership role for a dynamic hospitality professional with strong marketing, operational and people management skills. The Hotel Manager will oversee the day-to-day hotel operations and be responsible for delivering high-quality service, financial performance and an exceptional guest experience.

-   Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel.

-   Monitor quality standards across all areas of the hotel.
-   Ensure health and safety standards are maintained.
-   Drive the motivation, development and performance management of staff.
-   Build a strong, motivated and service-focused team.
-   Manage guest expectations and oversee the resolution of all customer feedback.
-   Identify opportunities to continuously improve hotel performance and the guest experience.

## Requirements

### Vereistes

### Requirements

-   A relevant qualification.
-   At least 5 years’ senior management experience within the hospitality industry.
-   Fluency in both Afrikaans and English.
-   Experience in revenue management, including optimising bookings during high and low seasons.
-   Strong people management skills, with the ability to motivate, train and develop a team.
-   Ability to effectively manage and resolve conflict.
-   Strong analytical skills.
-   High levels of integrity.
-   Energy and ambition to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
-   Ability and willingness to travel internationally.
