**We are seeking** a passionate Business Analyst with technical credibility who can bring structure, insight, and discipline to a growing Power Platform and Azure landscape to join our D365 Platform team. As a key of the Ascendis Pharma team, you will play a crucial role in enabling scale, control, and operational excellence across an expanding Microsoft ecosystem. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with cross-functional, global teams working together to achieve extraordinary results.

The team currently consists of four highly specialized professionals and is looking forward to welcoming a new colleague who will bring a strong collaborative and communication-focused perspective. You will report directly to Lene Rhein Larsen, People Leader in Global IT, and be based in Hellerup, Denmark.

**Your key responsibilities will be to:**

-    Build trusted relationships across business and IT stakeholders to ensure alignment, transparency, and coherence across the broader Microsoft platform landscape.
-   Define, gather, and structure requirements for new platform capabilities that support business-facing product teams.
-   Support platform-related initiatives from early scoping through execution, coordinating internal teams and external partners to ensure successful delivery, handover, and quality outcomes.
-   Strengthen documentation, governance, and operational discipline across a growing portfolio of Power Platform solutions, platform frameworks, and newly introduced Microsoft platform capabilities.
-   Contribute actively to daily platform operations, helping to drive timely issue resolution across teams and partners.
-   Support Azure DevOps pipeline activities and deployment processes in close collaboration with the D365 Platform Engineer.
-   Support selected D365 F&O operational activities, including batch jobs, license administration, and access management, within a highly regulated business environment.

**Qualifications and Skills:**

You hold a relevant academic degree – preferably a Master’s degree and proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT, digital, or technology enabled environment.

Furthermore, **you**:

-   Have hands-on familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages
-   Have solid understanding of Azure fundamentals and confidence working in Azure DevOps
-   Are familiar with Dynamics 365 F&O and the broader Microsoft cloud ecosystem is a strong advantage
-   Are structured, analytical, and thorough, with a strong focus on documentation, standardization, and follow-through

To succeed in this role, we also expect you to be comfortable managing multiple workstreams while maintaining clarity and momentum across deliverables

**Travel**: 0-10 days per year.
