**Within Supply Chain Operations we are seeking a passionate Supply Chain Manager** to join our growing team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in managing our Downstream Contract Manufacturers across multiple supply chains. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with global cross-functional teams working together to achieve extraordinary results.

You will join a team of eight dedicated colleagues based in Hellerup, within our larger Global Supply Chain Management organization, which is responsible for managing all supply chain-related activities and commercial aspects with our Contract Manufacturers. We are a diverse team representing multiple nationalities, and our everyday atmosphere is characterized by laughter, can-do attitudes and a constant focus on making a difference.

**Your key responsibilities will be:**

-   **Supplier Relationship Management** - manage Contract Manufacturers across projects and supply chains, while coordinating and collaborating closely with internal stakeholders
-   **Planning & Execution** – execute and follow-up on day-to-day orders, proactively removing obstacles to secure on-time delivery
-   **Cross-functional coordination** - drive alignment across stakeholders and keep progress moving when priorities shift
-   Participate in the **Sales and Operations Planning** and **Sales & Operations Execution** Processes – execute operational, tactical & strategic planning in relevant systems    
-   **Procurement** \- negotiate commercial terms with current and future Contract Manufacturers 
-   Drive and support **projects & improvement initiatives** - take initiative, manage multiple workstreams, and deliver within tight timelines
-   **Performance Management and Reporting** – metrics, dashboards and management reporting

**Qualifications and Skills:**

You hold a relevant education within Supply Chain Management and have practical experience with end-to-end supply chain management. In addition, you have +2 years of experience working in the pharmaceutical industry.

Furthermore:

-   You stay calm and structured under pressure, prioritize quickly, and keep momentum even when inputs change
-   You are hands-on and proactive—comfortable switching between urgent operational topics and longer-term improvements, while maintaining attention to detail
-   You follow through - you close loops, chase answers, and ensure stakeholders are aligned and deadlines are met
-   You are able to cooperate with multiple stakeholders and thrive in an international environment
-   You are a strong team player, analytical, and have a can-do attitude
-   You are proficient in English at a professional level, both written and spoken, and you master supply chain tools and systems
-   You possess an entrepreneurial mindset and thrive in an informal, open environment where innovation and change are key - and no two days are alike  

**Travel:** 10-20 days per year.
