As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in managing our Downstream Contract Manufacturers across multiple supply chains. You will join a team of eight dedicated colleagues based in Hellerup, within our larger Global Supply Chain Management organization, which is responsible for managing all supply chain-related activities and commercial aspects with our Contract Manufacturers. We are a diverse team representing multiple nationalities, and our everyday atmosphere is characterized by laughter, can-do attitudes and a constant focus on making a difference. **Your key responsibilities will be:** - **Supplier Relationship Management** - manage Contract Manufacturers across projects and supply chains, while coordinating and collaborating closely with internal stakeholders - **Planning & Execution** – execute and follow-up on day-to-day orders, proactively removing obstacles to secure on-time delivery - **Cross-functional coordination** - drive alignment across stakeholders and keep progress moving when priorities shift - Participate in the **Sales and Operations Planning** and **Sales & Operations Execution** Processes – execute operational, tactical & strategic planning in relevant systems     - **Procurement** \- negotiate commercial terms with current and future Contract Manufacturers  - Drive and support **projects & improvement initiatives** - take initiative, manage multiple workstreams, and deliver within tight timelines - **Performance Management and Reporting** – metrics, dashboards and management reporting **Qualifications and Skills:** You hold a relevant education within Supply Chain Management and have practical experience with end-to-end supply chain management. In addition, you have +2 years of experience working in the pharmaceutical industry.
