We also collaborate with partners on the development of TransCon-based products in other therapeutic areas and markets.   
 

**We are seeking** a passionate Student Assistant to join our D365 Platform team. You will support the daily operation and continuous improvement of that platform, while getting broad exposure across the organization, including colleagues in Finance IT, Product Supply IT, and the wider business. This is an IT platform role. You will not be writing code, but you will spend your time in the systems, the documentation, and the processes that keep them running and auditable. We work in a regulated industry, which means documentation is not an afterthought it is part of the job, and doing it well is a real contribution.

The D365 Platform Team owns the Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations platform and the surrounding Microsoft ecosystem that Ascendis runs on, incl. Power Platform, Azure, and Azure DevOps. Everything from finance to product supply depends on it working, and on it being governed properly. 

You will report directly to Christian Ulrich Hansen, Senior Professional, Platform Engineering who is based in Hellerup. You will also be based in Hellerup. 

**Your responsibilities will include** 

-   Supporting ERP-related processes, including user access management, process documentation, and issue management 

-   Contributing to operational analyses using Excel, Power BI, Dynamics 365, Azure DevOps, or similar tools 

-   Helping improve and document IT processes 

-   Supporting project management activities, including meeting preparation, follow-ups, status tracking, and stakeholder communication 

-   Creating reports, dashboards, and decision-support material for internal stakeholders 

-   Identifying opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce manual work 

-   Supporting ad hoc operational and project-related tasks in a dynamic environment 

**Qualifications and Skills** 

It is a requirement that you are enrolled in an academic programme such as Information Management, IT Management, Business Administration, or similar. 

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, or identity and access management is an advantage. We will provide the training and mentoring you need to succeed, and we will expand your responsibilities as you grow into them. 

Beyond that, we are looking for someone who: 

-   Is genuinely interested in IT systems, IT operations, and the business processes they enable 

-   Writes clearly, and understands why clear documentation matters in a regulated environment 

-   Takes ownership of a task and follows it through, without needing to be chased 

-   Is comfortable working independently, and knows when to ask 

-   Is proficient in English, written and spoken

You are a strong team player, analytical, and motivated by solving challenges. You are curious and eager to learn. 

We also expect you to be comfortable working independently while knowing when to seek guidance from your colleagues. 

**Work hours**: Approximately 15 hours per week are expected, with flexibility during exam periods and peak business periods.
