**We are looking for** a passionate Supply Chain Professional to join our growing organization. In this role, you will play a key part in strengthening Global Supply Chain processes and driving continuous improvements in our Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) platform. Working closely with colleagues across Supply Chain, IT, Finance, and other functions, you will help ensure scalable, efficient planning and logistics processes—while maintaining high standards for master data quality. The team consists of 3 dedicated and experienced colleagues, all based in Hellerup.

**Your key responsibilities will be:**

-   **Acting as a superuser for D365** within Global Supply Chain, ensuring the system supports Supply Chain and Logistics processes
-   **Maintaining and updating master data** in D365 relevant to supply chain (materials, vendors, etc.), while performing regular data quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency.
-   **Developing and maintaining documentation** (Standard Operating Procedures, work instructions, training materials) for system processes and master data management to ensure clarity and compliance.
-   **Supporting and coordinating improvements** to **D365 and related digital tools (e.g. Power BI)** – including managing change requests and incidents, collaborating with IT on solution development, and developing/executing test protocols for new features or updates.
-   **Serving as a system coach** and go-to expert for supply chain systems, providing training and day-to-day support to colleagues to promote effective use of D365 and adherence to best practices.
-   **Driving continuous improvement** of supply chain systems (not limited to D365) and processes by participating in cross-functional projects and proactively identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, compliance, and user experience.

**Qualifications and Skills:**

You hold a relevant academic degree – preferably a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, IT, Engineering, Data – and 1-3 years of experience within supply chain, operations, or a related field. Ideally you have hands-on experience working with ERP and planning systems (Eg. D365, SAP, OMP, Maestro (Kinaxis).

Furthermore, **you have:**

-   **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially comfortable working with simple data in Excel. Experience with project management or flowchart tools is a plus.
-   **Communication:** Effective communicator with excellent training and coaching skills. Able to translate technical system details into clear instructions for end users.
-   **Analytical Mindset:** Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with an eye for detail and a structured approach to managing tasks and data.
-   **Collaboration:** You can cooperate with multiple stakeholders and thrive in an international environment
-   **Language:** You are proficient in English at a professional level, both written and spoken
