## Description

At ASICO Real Estate, we are committed to delivering professional and reliable real estate services while building strong relationships with our clients and industry partners. We are looking for a **Conveyancer** to join our team in Dubai, with experience in property transfer procedures, transaction coordination, and business development within the UAE real estate market.

**Key Responsibilities include:**

-   Manage property transfer transactions from start to completion.
-   Coordinate with clients, brokers, banks, developers, and DLD Trustee Offices.
-   Verify property documents, NOCs, title deeds, POAs, and mortgage documents.
-   Maintain CRM records and ensure timely transaction processing.
-   Verify invoices, receipts, and supporting documents before submission to Accounts.
-   Maintain vendor relationships for POA, property valuation, and related services.
-   Develop processes for property transaction fund facilitation.
-   Handle or coordinate Golden Visa applications.
-   Generate new business through contacts with brokers, agencies, investors, and other partners.
-   Identify business opportunities for conveyancing and related services.

## Requirements

-   Knowledge of Dubai real estate conveyancing and DLD procedures.
-   Existing contacts with POA, valuation, and related service providers.
-   Understanding of fund facilitation and Golden Visa procedures.
-   Strong communication, coordination, networking, and business development skills.
-   Ability to generate business through personal and professional contacts.
