## Description

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Travel Planner to manage all travel arrangements for a private Emirati family. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning seamless domestic and international travel experiences, ensuring comfort, efficiency, and confidentiality at all times.

## Requirements

-   Plan, coordinate, and manage all domestic and international travel arrangements for family members.
-   Book flights, private aviation (when required), hotels, serviced apartments, and ground transportation.
-   Prepare detailed travel itineraries, including schedules, reservations, and important travel information.
-   Coordinate visa applications, travel insurance, and all required travel documentation.
-   Ensure passports, visas, and other travel documents remain valid and up to date.
-   Arrange airport VIP services, meet-and-greet assistance, and chauffeur services.
-   Research and recommend destinations, hotels, restaurants, activities, and entertainment based on the family's preferences.
-   Handle last-minute travel changes, cancellations, and emergency travel requests efficiently.
-   Coordinate with personal assistants, drivers, security personnel, and household staff to ensure smooth travel logistics.
-   Monitor travel budgets and maintain accurate records of bookings and travel-related expenses.
-   Negotiate preferential rates and establish relationships with airlines, hotels, luxury travel agencies, and service providers.
-   Be available outside regular working hours to accommodate urgent travel requirements.

-   Qualifications

-   Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
-   Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in luxury travel planning, executive travel coordination, or as a Travel Consultant.
-   Previous experience working for VIP clients, UHNW individuals, royal families, or private family offices is highly preferred.
-   Strong knowledge of international travel regulations, visa procedures, and travel documentation.
-   Proficiency in travel booking systems and Microsoft Office applications.
-   Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
-   Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work under pressure.
-   Excellent communication skills in English. Arabic is an advantage.
-   High level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality.
