## Description

ASICO Real Estate LLC is looking for a proactive and results-driven Recruitment Associate to support our talent acquisition activities, with a primary focus on attracting and recruiting property consultants and real estate professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for building a strong candidate pipeline, identifying suitable talent through various sourcing channels, coordinating interviews, and supporting candidates throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.

-   Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for property consultants, brokers, and other assigned positions.
-   Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, employee referrals, networking, and direct headhunting.
-   Proactively identify and approach experienced real estate agents and potential candidates within the UAE market.
-   Build, maintain, and regularly update a strong database of potential candidates for current and future vacancies.
-   Review applications, conduct initial screening calls, and assess candidates against role requirements.
-   Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up with candidates throughout the selection process.
-   Communicate job opportunities, role expectations, commission structures, and relevant employment terms clearly to prospective candidates.
-   Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment activities, and progress updates in the company's recruitment system.
-   Coordinate offer issuance, document collection, and onboarding formalities for selected candidates.
-   Monitor recruitment performance, maintain hiring trackers, and provide regular updates on sourcing activities, interviews, and hiring progress.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
-   Previous experience of 1 - 3 years in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within real estate, brokerage, or sales-driven industries.
-   Good understanding of the UAE recruitment market and familiarity with sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job portals.
-   Experience in sourcing and attracting real estate agents or sales professionals is an advantage.
-   Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and candidate management skills.
-   Ability to identify suitable talent through direct sourcing, networking, and headhunting.
-   Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple vacancies and recruitment priorities.
-   Target-oriented, with the ability to work independently and maintain consistent recruitment activity
