**Job Summary:**

As a Property Consultant, you will be responsible for advising clients on property opportunities, managing sales and leasing transactions, generating new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional service throughout the customer journey.  
  
  
**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties.
-   Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and lead generation.
-   Conduct property viewings and provide clients with professional market insights.
-   Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and property owners.
-   Understand client needs and recommend suitable property solutions.
-   Negotiate offers and guide clients through the transaction process.
-   Stay updated on market trends, property developments, and industry regulations.
-   Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the team’s success.
-   Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service.

## Requirements

-   Proven experience as a Property Consultant, Real Estate Agent, or similar role.
-   Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market.
-   Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
-   Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
-   Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
-   Strong sales and networking skills.
-   Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
-   RERA certification is an advantage.
