## Description

The Leasing Manager is responsible for leading the leasing department, maximizing occupancy, increasing leasing revenue, managing the leasing team, and ensuring an exceptional experience for landlords and tenants.  
The role involves developing leasing strategies, overseeing marketing initiatives, maintaining strong relationships with property owners, and ensuring compliance with all Dubai Land Department (DLD) and RERA regulations.  
  
Key Responsibilities

**Business Development**

-   Develop and execute leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental income.
-   Secure exclusive leasing mandates from landlords and developers.
-   Identify new business opportunities and build long-term client relationships.
-   Maintain a healthy pipeline of leasing opportunities.

**Team Management**

-   Recruit, train, coach, and manage Leasing Consultants.
-   Set individual and team sales targets.
-   Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions.
-   Monitor KPIs and ensure achievement of departmental objectives.
-   Foster a high-performance and collaborative team culture.

**Leasing Operations**

-   Oversee the complete leasing cycle from inquiry to contract execution.
-   Ensure timely property viewings and client follow-up.
-   Monitor availability, pricing, and market competitiveness.
-   Review tenancy contracts before execution.
-   Resolve escalated landlord and tenant issues.

**Client Relationship Management**

-   Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, investors, and corporate clients.
-   Provide professional market advice on rental pricing and positioning.
-   Deliver regular leasing performance reports to property owners.
-   Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

**Marketing & Listings**

-   Ensure all property listings are accurate, attractive, and up to date.
-   Coordinate with the marketing department to promote available properties.
-   Monitor listing performance across portals such as Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, and company

platforms.

-   Recommend pricing and marketing adjustments based on market trends.

**Compliance**

-   Ensure full compliance with RERA, DLD, Ejari, AML, and company policies.
-   Maintain accurate documentation and leasing records.
-   Ensure all transactions are processed according to legal requirements.

Reporting & Analysis

-   Prepare weekly and monthly leasing reports.
-   Analyze occupancy rates, lead conversion, rental trends, and consultant performance.
-   Recommend strategic improvements based on market data.
-   Monitor departmental budgets and expenses.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
-   RERA Broker Card (preferred).
-   UAE Driving License.
-   Minimum 5 years of Dubai real estate experience.
-   At least 2 years in a leadership or managerial leasing role.
