## Description

Asico is looking for a dedicated and skilled **Sales Executive – Engineering Consultancy & Property Management** to enhance our sales team. The ideal candidate will focus on driving business growth by promoting our engineering consultancy services and property management solutions to a diverse client base.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Identify and develop new business opportunities in engineering consultancy and property management sectors.
-   Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
-   Present and explain Asico’s service offerings to potential clients, tailoring solutions to their needs.
-   Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements in line with company goals.
-   Collaborate with technical and management teams to ensure client requirements are effectively met and delivered.
-   Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments specific to engineering consultancy and property management.
-   Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and client feedback for senior management.
-   Attend industry events and conferences to network and represent the company.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field.
-   Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably within engineering consultancy, property management, or related industries.
-   Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
-   Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
-   Good understanding of engineering consultancy and property management services.
-   Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
-   Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
