**Assala Gabon Internship Opportunities**

Duration: 6 months | Location: Gabon | Department: Operations | Working arrangements: 28 days on / 28 days off

These placements are designed to provide early career talent with valuable practical exposure, professional mentorship and a better understanding of how our operations function.

Placement opportunities are available across the following disciplines:

-   Production Engineering
-   Chemical Engineering
-   Automation Engineering
-   Mechanical Engineering

The experience is intended to provide students and graduates with meaningful hands-on exposure, structured support and professional guidance at an important stage in their academic or early career journey.

**We are looking for candidates who:**

-   Are currently studying, or have recently graduated, in engineering degree course (or Master’s 2) in Automation, Industrial Processes, Instrumentation, etc. or another relevant field
-   Are curious, proactive and motivated to learn
-   Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
-   Have a basic understanding of the oil and gas industry, although this is not essential
-   Are able to communicate in both English and French
-   Motivated, curious and able to adapt quickly to a challenging work environment.
