**We are looking for a Special Attendant / CNA in The Jacksonville/Palestine areas**

**Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm and**

**Some Weekend Availability is Required**

**Pay Rate: $12.50 per hour plus mileage**

**A few daily tasks may include:**

-   Preparing/cleaning up after a meal
-   Assist clients with activities of daily living
-   Ambulatory Care
-   Basic home chores (sweeping, mopping, dusting)

-   Laundry 

**Requirements:**

-   _**Must have CNA in the State of Texas or 6 months of Consecutive Experience as a PCA**_
-   Be at least 18 years of age
-    Have a valid drivers license
-   Reliable vehicle
-   Current auto insurance
-   Ability to lift 50 LBS
