Our Rental Property Management team in Edmonton is hiring an **Accounting Clerk** to support a busy rental portfolio.

This role focuses on **full‑cycle accounting tasks** using established processes and systems. You’ll work closely with an experienced accounting leadership team and collaborate with Property Managers across the province.

### What you’ll do

-   Handle full‑cycle accounting for rental properties (A/R, A/P, owner payments)
-   Process rent, move‑ins/move‑outs, refunds, and management fees
-   Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
-   Post journal entries and accruals
-   Complete weekly cheque runs
-   Support budget entry and government reporting
-   Follow RECA trust accounting requirements

## Requirements

### What we’re looking for

-   Some experience in **rental or property management accounting**
-   Basic understanding of full‑cycle accounting (general ledger, subledgers, reports)
-   Comfortable using accounting software and **Excel**
-   Strong attention to detail and ability to work through repeatable monthly tasks
-   Clear communication skills
