**Location:** East County Large and Small Animal Practice - El Cajon, CA

Veterinary Customer Service Specialist

Compensation: Based on experience $20-$23/Hour  
Employment Type: Full-Time, M-F 8-5

Full time experienced high energy Receptionist wanted for Small and Large animal private practice in East San Diego County. We are a well- managed, 7 doctor practice boasting high-technology equipment and exceptional, compassionate care for our clients and patients. Our country location and environment is peaceful and relaxing. Our friendly staff looks forward to welcoming a new team member in our growing, fast paced clinic. Our team is a family, and as such we strive to provide a supportive and well balanced working environment

**Responsibilities:**

As a Customer Service Specialist you will play an integral role in the day-to-day operations of our hospital. Duties include answering the phone, scheduling appointments, processing invoices, updating client files, and working with doctors and technicians to maintain an efficient workflow.

**Qualifications**

Paid experience at a veterinary hospital Preferred  
Experience answering Veterinary phone calls and scheduling Preferred.  
Background with Large Animals is a plus  
Experience using Infinity software is a plus.  
computer competency  
Strong communication skills, a professional and friendly attitude, and a team-oriented mindset.

Eagerness to Learn: Willing to train the right candidate who is motivated and adaptable.
