**Ft. Harrison Veterinarians** is seeking a strong, forward‑thinking **Medical Director** to lead the next chapter of our hospital in Indianapolis. **This position is ideal for a veterinarian who enjoys being hands‑on clinically, values high‑quality medicine, and wants an active voice in how the hospital grows and evolves.** You’ll have the opportunity to guide medical protocols, develop and mentor a team, influence scheduling and workflow, and help define what success looks like at Ft.
