# Procurement Specialist

## Description

We are looking for a Procurement Specialist to join our team and support procurement activities within offshore, marine, or industrial production environments. The role is critical in ensuring the timely and cost-effective supply of materials, equipment, spare parts, and services necessary for operational continuity.

### **Responsibilities**

-   Manage end-to-end procurement processes (RFQs, tenders, supplier selection);
-   Source materials, equipment, and services (MRO, CAPEX / OPEX);
-   Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and contracts with local and international suppliers;
-   Coordinate closely with Robotics, Marine fleet, Operations, Maintenance, and Logistics teams;
-   Monitor and expedite orders to meet critical deadlines;
-   Ensure compliance with technical specifications, HSE standards, and company policies;
-   Develop and maintain supplier relationships and performance tracking;
-   Handle urgent and operationally critical procurement requests.

## Requirements

**Education & Experience**

-   Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field;
-   3–5 years of experience in Procurement / Sourcing;
-   Proven experience within offshore energy, marine, shipbuilding, shipping, or industrial/manufacturing environments;
-   Experience in procurement (equipment, consumables, services);

**Skills &Competencies**

-   Strong negotiation and supplier management skills;
-   Ability to work under pressure in demanding operational environments;
-   Solid understanding of procurement processes;
-   Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP 4Hana preferred);
-   Good  level of Excel skills (data analysis & reporting);
-   Good understanding of Incoterms and international trade practices;
-   Excellent command of English.
