## Description

Astor & Sanders Corporation (Astor) is an award-winning IT solutions provider headquartered in McLean, VA and is seeking a **Tier 1 Support Specialist.** This is a full-time and onsite position based in the **Lakewood, CO** area.

**Roles and Responsibilities**

-   Provide hardware and software support for Windows and some Mac desktops and laptops 
-   Troubleshoot user accounts, software and hardware problems
-   Appropriately escalate problems to designated support levels using defined processes
-   Respond to all requests for assistance
-   Log and report each service request
-   Close out trouble calls
-   Other duties as assigned

## Requirements

-   Six months of technical support experience
-   No experience needed with a vocational technical school certificate (HDI)
-   Experience with Microsoft Windows
-   Experience using Microsoft Office suite

-   Strong written and oral communication skills are required

The anticipated rate range for this position is $18-20/hr. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, candidate skills and education, geographical location, certifications, and business needs, as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position and could fall outside of this range. This salary range represents Astor's good-faith estimate of compensation for the position at the time of posting.
