**Technical Proposal Writer**  
  
Astor & Sanders Corporation (Astor) is an award-winning IT solutions provider headquartered in McLean, VA seeking a **Technical Proposal Writer.** This is a full-time and hybrid position.

**Roles and Responsibilities:**

-   Work directly with technical project staff and SMEs to integrate and translate expertise and articulate content into proposals
-   Create compliant and compelling proposal content in response to Federal Government solicitations
-   Planning, organizing and facilitating content planning sessions to identify and articulate the win strategy in the form of strengths and differentiators
-   Develop clear and concise content for RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs that accurately communicates the proposed solution and win strategy
-   Manage multiple proposals simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
-   Edit content to streamline prose, improve focus, sharpen structure, and reduce word count

-   Additional duties as assigned

## Requirements

-   1+ years’ experience in federal technical proposal writing, editing/proofreading and production support
-   Bachelor’s Degree in English, Communications or a Technology field
-   Must have ability to read and interpret Request for Quotes (RFQ), Request for Proposals (RFP), Request for Information (RFI)Solicitations

-   Familiar with MS Word, SharePoint or other proposal collaboration tools
