We are currently hiring a **Consultant Rehabilitation Medicine** for a leading healthcare facility in Dubai. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive rehabilitation assessment and management for patients with neurological, musculoskeletal, and other conditions requiring rehabilitation services.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized rehabilitation plans.
-   Diagnose and manage patients with physical, neurological, musculoskeletal, and functional disorders.
-   Provide medical management to support patients' recovery and functional independence.
-   Coordinate multidisciplinary rehabilitation programs with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
-   Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as required.
-   Provide appropriate referrals and coordinate care with other medical specialties.
-   Maintain accurate and confidential medical records.
-   Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, rehabilitation goals, and long-term care.
-   Follow UAE healthcare regulations, clinical guidelines, and facility policies.

## Requirements

### **Qualifications**

-   Medical degree (MBBS/MD or equivalent).
-   Recognized postgraduate qualification in **Rehabilitation Medicine / Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation**.
-   Consultant-level qualification and experience in accordance with UAE licensing requirements.
-   Valid **DHA Eligibility Letter or DHA License** is preferred.
-   Strong clinical, communication, and multidisciplinary teamwork skills.
-   Relevant experience in rehabilitation, hospital, or multispecialty healthcare settings.
