We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced **Specialist Interventional Cardiologist** to join a leading healthcare facility in **Dubai, UAE**.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in **interventional cardiology, coronary angiography, percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI), and cardiovascular disease management**. ### Key Responsibilities

-   Diagnose and manage **coronary artery disease, acute coronary syndromes, and other cardiovascular conditions**.
-   Perform **diagnostic coronary angiography and cardiac catheterization** within authorized clinical privileges.
-   Conduct **percutaneous coronary interventions (PCI), coronary angioplasty, and stent placement**.
-   Evaluate and manage patients presenting with **STEMI, NSTEMI, and unstable angina**.
-   Perform emergency coronary interventions and participate in acute cardiac care services.
-   Interpret cardiovascular investigations, including **ECG, echocardiography, stress testing, CT coronary angiography, and invasive coronary imaging**.
-   Conduct comprehensive pre-procedural assessments and develop individualized interventional treatment plans.
-   Provide post-procedural monitoring and manage complications associated with cardiac catheterization and coronary interventions.
-   Collaborate with **cardiothoracic surgeons, cardiac anesthesiologists, intensivists, and multidisciplinary cardiology teams**.
-   Educate patients regarding cardiovascular conditions, treatment options, medications, and preventive cardiac care.
-   Ensure compliance with **DHA regulations, catheterization laboratory protocols, radiation safety, and patient safety standards**.

## Requirements

### **Qualifications**

-   MBBS/MD or equivalent recognized medical degree.
-   Recognized postgraduate qualification in **Internal Medicine and Cardiology**, with appropriate advanced training in **Interventional Cardiology**.
-   Board certification or equivalent recognized specialist-level qualification.
-   **Fellowship or recognized subspecialty training in Interventional Cardiology** is required.
-   **American Board, UK, Canadian, Australian, European, or other internationally recognized qualifications** are highly desirable.
-   Minimum **3–5 years of relevant post-specialization experience** preferred, including substantial interventional cardiology experience.
-   Demonstrated expertise in **coronary angiography, PCI, coronary stenting, and acute coronary intervention**.
-   Eligible for the appropriate **DHA Specialist Cardiology classification/license**, with relevant interventional cardiology privileges, subject to applicable UAE PQR requirements.
