### **We're Hiring | Consultant Gynecologist – Abu Dhabi, UAE**

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced **Consultant Gynecologist** to join a leading healthcare provider in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive women’s healthcare services, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of gynecological conditions while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   Provide comprehensive gynecological consultations, assessments, and treatment plans.
-   Diagnose and manage a wide range of gynecological conditions, including:

-   Menstrual disorders
-   Polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS)
-   Endometriosis
-   Fibroids
-   Ovarian cysts
-   Pelvic pain
-   Infertility-related gynecological concerns
-   Menopausal health issues
-   Gynecological infections and hormonal disorders

-   Perform gynecological procedures and surgeries, including:

-   Hysterectomy
-   Laparoscopic gynecological procedures (where applicable)
-   Hysteroscopy
-   Colposcopy
-   Management of benign gynecological conditions

-   Provide preventive women’s health services, screening, and health education.
-   Manage pre-operative and post-operative care for gynecological patients.
-   Collaborate with obstetricians, fertility specialists, radiologists, oncologists, anesthesiologists, and multidisciplinary teams.
-   Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with DOH standards, clinical governance, and patient safety policies.
-   Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, CME activities, and departmental meetings.
-   Mentor junior doctors and contribute to clinical service development where applicable.

## Requirements

### **Qualifications & Requirements**

-   MBBS/MD or equivalent medical qualification.
-   Board Certification / Fellowship / recognized postgraduate qualification in **Obstetrics & Gynecology**.
-   Minimum **5–10 years of post-specialization experience** at Consultant level.
-   Eligibility for or possession of a **Department of Health (DOH) – Abu Dhabi** Consultant license.
-   Strong expertise in general gynecology, minimally invasive procedures, and women’s health management.
-   Excellent communication, clinical decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
-   Commitment to delivering compassionate, evidence-based, patient-centered care.

### **Preferred Candidate Profile**

-   Experience working in internationally accredited hospitals or women’s health centers.
-   Expertise in laparoscopic surgery, advanced hysteroscopy, or reproductive gynecology is an advantage.
-   UAE or GCC experience is preferred but not mandatory.
-   Strong focus on patient satisfaction and clinical excellence.
