We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented **Sonographer** to join a leading healthcare facility in Al Ain. The successful candidate will perform high-quality diagnostic ultrasound examinations, assist physicians in patient diagnosis, and ensure excellent patient care while maintaining compliance with UAE healthcare standards.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations, including abdominal, pelvic, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, small parts, and musculoskeletal imaging as required.
-   Prepare patients for ultrasound procedures by explaining the examination process and ensuring patient comfort.
-   Acquire high-quality diagnostic images and provide preliminary observations to the radiologist when appropriate.
-   Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot ultrasound equipment to ensure optimal performance.
-   Ensure accurate documentation of patient information and examination findings.
-   Adhere to infection prevention, radiation safety (where applicable), and quality assurance protocols.
-   Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to deliver timely diagnostic services.
-   Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with hospital policies and UAE healthcare regulations.
-   Participate in continuous professional development and departmental quality improvement initiatives

## Requirements

### **Qualifications**

-   Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Diagnostic Medical Sonography, Medical Imaging, or a related field.
-   Valid DHA/DOH/MOH license or eligibility as a Sonographer is preferred.
-   Minimum **2–3 years** of post-qualification experience in diagnostic ultrasound.
-   Experience in general ultrasound; experience in obstetric, vascular, or cardiac ultrasound is an advantage.
-   Current BLS certification is preferred.
