We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Specialist Anesthesiologist to join a leading healthcare provider in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The successful candidate will provide safe, high-quality anesthesia services across a wide range of surgical specialties while ensuring exceptional perioperative patient care in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   Conduct comprehensive pre-anesthetic assessments and develop individualized anesthesia care plans.
-   Administer general, regional, local, and monitored anesthesia care for a wide range of surgical procedures.
-   Monitor patients throughout the perioperative period, ensuring optimal safety and clinical outcomes.
-   Manage airway emergencies, pain control, and critical care support when required.
-   Provide post-anesthesia care and oversee patient recovery following surgical procedures.
-   Collaborate with surgeons, physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to deliver multidisciplinary patient care.
-   Respond promptly to emergency cases and participate in on-call duties as required.
-   Ensure accurate documentation of anesthesia records and patient care.
-   Adhere to Department of Health (DoH) Abu Dhabi regulations, hospital policies, infection control protocols, and international clinical standards.
-   Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and continuing medical education (CME) activities.
-   Supervise and support junior medical staff and allied healthcare professionals when appropriate.

## Requirements

### **Qualifications**

-   MD, MS, DNB, or equivalent qualification in Anesthesiology from a recognized institution.
-   Valid **DoH Abu Dhabi License** or **DoH Eligibility Letter** as a Specialist Anesthesiologist.
-   Minimum **3–5 years of post-specialization clinical experience** in anesthesia practice.
-   Strong knowledge of modern anesthesia techniques, perioperative medicine, and patient safety standards.
-   Experience in managing elective, emergency, and high-risk surgical cases.
-   Excellent clinical decision-making, communication, and teamwork skills.
-   Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
