We are seeking a highly qualified and dedicated **Specialist ENT (Otolaryngologist)** to join a leading healthcare facility in Dubai. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive diagnostic, medical, and surgical care for disorders of the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck. The ideal candidate must hold a valid **DHA License** or **DHA Eligibility Letter** as a Specialist ENT.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Diagnose and manage diseases and disorders affecting the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck.
-   Perform comprehensive ENT examinations and interpret diagnostic investigations.
-   Treat conditions such as sinusitis, allergic rhinitis, hearing loss, otitis media, tinnitus, vertigo, nasal polyps, tonsillitis, adenoid disorders, voice disorders, sleep apnea, and head and neck infections.
-   Perform ENT surgical procedures within the scope of specialty practice, including tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy, septoplasty, endoscopic sinus surgery, tympanoplasty, myringotomy, and other minor and major ENT surgeries as indicated.
-   Evaluate and manage patients with hearing and balance disorders.
-   Perform and interpret flexible nasoendoscopy, laryngoscopy, and other office-based ENT procedures.
-   Manage ENT emergencies, including epistaxis, airway obstruction, foreign body removal, and facial trauma.
-   Provide preoperative assessment, postoperative care, and long-term follow-up for surgical patients.
-   Collaborate with audiologists, speech therapists, maxillofacial surgeons, pulmonologists, oncologists, pediatricians, and other multidisciplinary healthcare professionals.
-   Counsel patients and families regarding diagnosis, treatment options, surgical risks, and preventive care.
-   Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation using the hospital's Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
-   Ensure compliance with DHA regulations, hospital policies, infection control standards, and patient safety protocols.
-   Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, departmental meetings, and Continuing Medical Education (CME) activities.

## Requirements

### **Qualifications**

-   MBBS or equivalent medical degree recognized by DHA.
-   MS, DNB, Arab Board, European Board, FRCS (ENT), or equivalent postgraduate qualification in Otolaryngology recognized by DHA.
-   Valid **DHA License** or **DHA Eligibility Letter** as a Specialist ENT.
-   Fellowship training in Rhinology, Otology, Head & Neck Surgery, Laryngology, Pediatric ENT, or Skull Base Surgery is an added advantage.
-   Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
