We are seeking an experienced and qualified **Consultant Radiation Oncologist** to join a leading healthcare facility in Dubai. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive radiation oncology care, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality cancer treatment.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Diagnose and manage patients requiring radiation oncology treatment.
-   Develop and oversee individualized radiotherapy plans, including external beam radiotherapy and other appropriate treatment modalities.
-   Evaluate treatment options in collaboration with medical oncologists, surgeons, radiologists, and pathologists.
-   Participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards and cancer care planning.
-   Monitor treatment response, manage side effects, and provide follow-up care.
-   Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with clinical protocols.
-   Contribute to clinical education, quality improvement, and evidence-based practice.

## Requirements

### **Qualifications**

-   Medical degree with recognized postgraduate qualification in Radiation Oncology or a relevant specialty.
-   Valid **DHA eligibility or license**, or eligibility to obtain one.
-   Relevant post-specialization clinical experience at Consultant level.
-   Strong knowledge of modern radiation oncology techniques and treatment protocols.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
