We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced **Consultant Orthopedic Surgeon with a Tier 1 recognized qualification** to join a leading healthcare facility in **Dubai, UAE**.

The ideal candidate should possess extensive expertise in **orthopedic surgery, joint replacement, musculoskeletal disorders, trauma management, and minimally invasive surgical procedures**. Strong surgical skills, clinical leadership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care are essential.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Diagnose and manage complex **musculoskeletal disorders, fractures, and joint conditions**.
-   Perform elective and emergency orthopedic surgical procedures.
-   Conduct **hip and knee replacement surgeries** within authorized clinical privileges.
-   Manage **orthopedic trauma, complex fractures, and sports-related injuries**.
-   Perform **arthroscopic and minimally invasive orthopedic procedures**.
-   Diagnose and treat degenerative joint diseases, ligament injuries, and musculoskeletal deformities.
-   Conduct comprehensive preoperative assessments and develop individualized surgical plans.
-   Provide postoperative care and manage surgical complications.
-   Interpret X-rays, CT scans, MRI findings, and orthopedic investigations.
-   Collaborate with anesthesiologists, physiotherapists, and multidisciplinary surgical teams.
-   Ensure compliance with **DHA regulations, surgical safety standards, and clinical protocols**.

## Requirements

### **Qualifications**

-   MBBS/MD or equivalent recognized medical degree.
-   Recognized postgraduate qualification in **Orthopedic Surgery**.
-   **Tier 1 qualification as classified under the applicable UAE PQR – Mandatory.**
-   Recognized consultant-level board certification or equivalent specialist qualification.
-   Relevant post-specialization clinical experience meeting **DHA Consultant eligibility requirements**.
-   Strong expertise in orthopedic trauma, joint replacement, arthroscopy, and complex surgical procedures.
-   Excellent clinical judgment, surgical skills, and leadership abilities.
-   Eligible for **DHA Consultant Orthopedic Surgery classification/license** in Dubai.
