A leading healthcare facility in Dubai is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Consultant Orthopedic Surgeon to provide specialized care in diagnosing, treating, and surgically managing musculoskeletal disorders, injuries, and deformities. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in orthopedic surgical procedures, trauma management, and comprehensive patient care.

## Key Responsibilities

1.  Diagnose and manage musculoskeletal conditions, fractures, joint disorders, and orthopedic injuries.
    
2.  Perform orthopedic surgical procedures, including fracture fixation, joint reconstruction, and arthroscopic surgery, within the approved scope of practice.
    
3.  Evaluate patients and develop individualized surgical and non-surgical treatment plans.
    
4.  Manage orthopedic trauma cases and emergency surgical interventions.
    
5.  Conduct preoperative assessments and provide comprehensive postoperative care.
    
6.  Interpret diagnostic imaging, including X-rays, MRI, and CT scans.
    
7.  Collaborate with physiotherapists, rehabilitation specialists, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
    
8.  Monitor patient recovery and manage postoperative complications.
    
9.  Provide patient counseling regarding surgical procedures, rehabilitation, and preventive care.
    
10.  Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with DHA regulations and hospital protocols.
     
11.  Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and medical education programs.

## Requirements

## Qualifications & Requirements

-   MBBS or equivalent recognized medical qualification.
    
-   Recognized postgraduate specialization in Orthopedic Surgery.
    
-   Board Certification, CCT, Fellowship, or equivalent recognized qualification.
    
-   Relevant post-specialization clinical experience as per UAE PQR requirements.
    
-   Valid DHA Consultant license or eligibility, or ability to obtain one.
    
-   Strong expertise in orthopedic surgery, trauma management, and musculoskeletal disorders.
    
-   Excellent surgical skills, clinical decision-making, and communication abilities.
