**We're Hiring |** Specialist Endocrinologist

We are seeking a **Female Specialist Endocrinologist** to join a leading hospital in Dubai. The successful candidate will provide specialist-level assessment, diagnosis and management of patients with endocrine and metabolic disorders, while working collaboratively with multidisciplinary medical teams.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Diagnose and manage a broad range of endocrine and metabolic disorders.
-   Provide comprehensive outpatient and inpatient endocrinology consultations.
-   Manage patients with diabetes mellitus and related complications.
-   Evaluate and treat thyroid, parathyroid and adrenal disorders.
-   Manage pituitary disorders and other hormonal abnormalities.
-   Assess and manage osteoporosis and metabolic bone disorders.
-   Provide evidence-based treatment plans and ongoing monitoring.
-   Review and interpret laboratory, hormonal and diagnostic investigations.
-   Coordinate patient care with other medical and surgical specialties where required.
-   Provide appropriate counselling regarding lifestyle, nutrition and long-term disease management.
-   Maintain accurate and comprehensive medical records.
-   Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, clinical governance and quality-improvement activities.
-   Contribute to teaching and supervision of junior medical staff where required.

## Requirements

### **Qualifications**

-   Recognised **Specialist qualification in Endocrinology / Endocrinology and Metabolism**.
-   Relevant postgraduate training and clinical experience in Endocrinology.
-   Strong experience managing diabetes and a broad range of endocrine disorders.
-   Current professional registration/licence in the country of practice.
-   Eligibility for **DHA licensing in Dubai**, subject to DHA assessment and approval.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Strong commitment to patient-centred care and clinical excellence.
-   Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary hospital environment.

## Benefits
