We are seeking an experienced **Consultant Urologist** to join a leading healthcare facility in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will provide expert diagnosis, treatment, and surgical management of urological conditions while working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Diagnose and manage a wide range of adult urological conditions.
-   Perform urological surgeries and procedures within the scope of clinical privileges.
-   Manage urinary tract disorders, kidney stones, prostate conditions, and urological cancers.
-   Evaluate and treat male reproductive and sexual health conditions.
-   Perform appropriate endoscopic, minimally invasive, and surgical procedures.
-   Review and interpret laboratory results, imaging, and diagnostic investigations.
-   Develop individualized treatment plans and provide comprehensive follow-up care.
-   Provide specialist consultation and clinical leadership to the medical team.
-   Collaborate with oncology, nephrology, radiology, emergency medicine, and other specialties.
-   Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
-   Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement, teaching, and patient safety initiatives.
-   Comply with DOH regulations, hospital policies, and professional standards.

## Requirements

### **Qualifications**

-   MBBS/MD or equivalent medical degree.
-   Recognized postgraduate qualification in Urology.
-   Consultant-level experience in Urology.
-   **DOH Abu Dhabi license or eligibility**.
-   Valid professional registration and Good Standing Certificate.
-   Strong surgical, clinical decision-making, communication, and leadership skills.
