**We're Hiring |** Consultant Breast Surgeon

📍 Location: Abu Dhabi

We are looking for an experienced **Consultant Breast Surgeon** to join a leading healthcare facility in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in the diagnosis and surgical management of breast diseases, including breast cancer, benign breast conditions, and oncoplastic breast surgery.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Diagnose and manage benign and malignant breast conditions.
-   Perform breast-conserving surgery, mastectomy, and other breast surgical procedures.
-   Perform oncoplastic and reconstructive breast procedures where appropriately trained.
-   Evaluate patients referred for breast lumps, abnormalities, and suspected malignancies.
-   Perform and/or coordinate image-guided breast biopsies and other diagnostic procedures.
-   Participate in multidisciplinary breast cancer and tumor board meetings.
-   Develop individualized surgical and treatment plans in collaboration with oncology, radiology, pathology, and other specialties.
-   Provide pre-operative counselling and post-operative follow-up.
-   Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure high standards of patient safety and care.
-   Support screening, early detection, and multidisciplinary breast care services.
-   Contribute to clinical education, quality improvement, and evidence-based practice.

## Requirements

### **Qualifications**

-   MBBS/MD or equivalent medical degree.
-   Recognized postgraduate qualification in General Surgery.
-   Fellowship or advanced training in **Breast Surgery / Breast Oncology / Oncoplastic Breast Surgery** preferred.
-   Board certification or equivalent recognized specialist/consultant qualification.
-   Minimum **5–10 years of post-specialization experience**, preferably with significant breast surgery experience.
-   Strong experience in breast cancer surgery and management of benign breast diseases.
-   Experience in oncoplastic breast surgery and multidisciplinary breast care is highly desirable.
-   Eligible for **DHA Consultant classification/license** in Dubai.
-   Excellent communication and patient-management skills.
