We are seeking an experienced and qualified **Consultant Psychiatrist** to join a leading healthcare facility in Dubai. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive psychiatric care, manage complex mental health conditions, and contribute to multidisciplinary treatment planning and patient wellbeing.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Assess, diagnose, and manage a wide range of psychiatric and mental health conditions.
-   Develop individualized treatment plans, including medication management and psychotherapy, where qualified.
-   Manage complex psychiatric cases and provide crisis intervention when required.
-   Conduct psychiatric evaluations, risk assessments, and follow-up consultations.
-   Collaborate with psychologists, therapists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals.
-   Provide patient and family counselling and education.
-   Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with clinical protocols.
-   Contribute to clinical education, quality improvement, and evidence-based psychiatric practice.

## Requirements

### **Qualifications**

-   Medical degree with recognized postgraduate qualification in Psychiatry.
-   Valid **DHA eligibility or license**, or eligibility to obtain one.
-   Relevant post-specialization clinical experience at Consultant level.
-   Strong knowledge of current psychiatric assessment and treatment protocols.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary mental health team.
