We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced **Consultant Cardiologist** to join a leading healthcare facility in **Abu Dhabi, UAE**.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in **cardiovascular disease diagnosis, cardiac imaging, preventive cardiology, and the management of complex heart conditions**. ### Key Responsibilities

-   Diagnose and manage **cardiovascular diseases**, including coronary artery disease, heart failure, hypertension, and arrhythmias.
-   Conduct comprehensive cardiac consultations, clinical examinations, and cardiovascular risk assessments.
-   Perform and interpret **ECG, echocardiography, stress testing, and ambulatory cardiac monitoring**, within authorized clinical privileges.
-   Evaluate and manage patients with **chest pain, palpitations, valvular heart disease, and cardiomyopathies**.
-   Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and evidence-based cardiology guidelines.
-   Provide preventive cardiology services, including **cardiovascular risk reduction, lifestyle counseling, and chronic disease management**.
-   Assess and stabilize patients presenting with acute cardiac conditions and coordinate emergency interventions when required.
-   Interpret relevant diagnostic investigations, including **cardiac CT, cardiac MRI, and laboratory investigations**, within the physician's expertise.
-   Collaborate with **interventional cardiologists, cardiac surgeons, intensivists, and other multidisciplinary specialists**.
-   Educate patients regarding cardiovascular health, medication adherence, and long-term disease management.
-   Ensure compliance with **DOH regulations, cardiology clinical protocols, and patient safety standards**.

## Requirements

### **Qualifications**MBBS/MD or equivalent recognized medical degree.

Recognized postgraduate qualification in **Cardiology**, with appropriate Internal Medicine training where required.

Board certification or equivalent recognized consultant-level qualification.

**American Board, UK CCT, Canadian, Australian, European, or other internationally recognized qualifications** are highly desirable.

Minimum **5–10 years of relevant post-specialization experience** preferred.

Strong expertise in **clinical cardiology, echocardiography, cardiovascular diagnostics, and cardiac disease management**.

Eligible for **DOH Consultant Cardiology classification/license** in Abu Dhabi, subject to applicable UAE PQR requirements.
