We are looking for an experienced **Consultant Oncologist / Hematologist / BMT Specialist** to join a leading healthcare facility in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in the management of hematological malignancies, solid tumors, blood disorders, and **bone marrow/stem cell transplantation**, with experience working within multidisciplinary oncology and transplant teams.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Provide specialist consultation, diagnosis, and comprehensive treatment for oncology and hematology patients.
-   Manage hematological malignancies including leukemia, lymphoma, multiple myeloma, and related disorders.
-   Provide comprehensive care for patients undergoing **bone marrow and hematopoietic stem cell transplantation**.
-   Evaluate patients for autologous and allogeneic stem cell transplantation where appropriate.
-   Manage pre-transplant assessment, conditioning therapy, transplantation, and post-transplant follow-up.
-   Diagnose and manage transplant-related complications, including graft-versus-host disease, infections, and other treatment-related complications.
-   Manage systemic cancer therapies including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, and other advanced treatments within the physician’s scope of practice.
-   Monitor treatment response and manage adverse effects and complications.
-   Participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards and transplant meetings.
-   Collaborate with surgeons, radiation oncologists, pathologists, radiologists, infectious disease specialists, and other multidisciplinary teams.
-   Provide long-term follow-up, survivorship, and supportive care for oncology and transplant patients.
-   Communicate diagnosis, treatment options, prognosis, and care plans effectively with patients and their families.
-   Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with clinical governance and patient-safety standards.
-   Contribute to clinical research, quality improvement, education, and evidence-based oncology and transplant protocols.

## Requirements

### **Qualifications**

-   MBBS/MD or equivalent medical degree.
-   Recognized postgraduate qualification in **Medical Oncology, Hematology, Clinical Hematology, or Hematology & Oncology**.
-   Fellowship or advanced training in **Bone Marrow Transplantation / Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation** preferred.
-   Board certification or equivalent recognized specialist/consultant qualification.
-   Minimum **5–10 years of post-specialization experience** in Oncology/Hematology.
-   Strong clinical experience in hematological malignancies and cancer treatment.
-   Significant experience in **BMT/HSCT**, including autologous and/or allogeneic transplantation.
-   Experience managing transplant-related complications and post-transplant patients.
-   Eligible for **DHA Consultant classification/license** in Dubai.
-   Excellent clinical, communication, leadership, and multidisciplinary collaboration skills
