We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced **Specialist Plastic Surgeon** to join a leading healthcare facility in **Abu Dhabi, UAE**.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Diagnose and manage conditions requiring **plastic, reconstructive, and aesthetic surgical interventions**.
-   Perform **reconstructive and cosmetic surgical procedures** within authorized clinical privileges.
-   Conduct procedures such as **rhinoplasty, abdominoplasty, liposuction, blepharoplasty, and breast surgery**, where appropriately trained and credentialed.
-   Perform **scar revision, skin grafting, tissue reconstruction, and wound management procedures**.
-   Manage **traumatic injuries, burns, congenital deformities, and post-surgical reconstruction cases**.
-   Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and develop individualized surgical treatment plans.
-   Perform detailed pre-operative assessments and explain surgical risks, benefits, and expected outcomes.
-   Provide post-operative care, monitor recovery, and manage surgical complications.
-   Collaborate with **dermatologists, general surgeons, orthopedic surgeons, anesthesiologists, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams**.
-   Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure informed patient consent.
-   Ensure compliance with **DOH regulations, surgical safety protocols, infection control, and patient safety standards**.

## Requirements

### **Qualifications**

-   MBBS/MD or equivalent recognized medical degree.
-   Recognized postgraduate qualification in **Plastic Surgery / Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery**.
-   Board certification or equivalent recognized specialist-level qualification.
-   **American Board, UK, Canadian, Australian, European, or other internationally recognized qualifications** are highly desirable.
-   Minimum **3–5 years of relevant post-specialization experience** preferred, subject to applicable licensing requirements.
-   Strong expertise in **reconstructive surgery, aesthetic procedures, and advanced plastic surgical techniques**.
-   Excellent surgical skills, aesthetic judgment, and patient communication abilities.
-   Eligible for **DOH Specialist Plastic Surgery classification/license** in Abu Dhabi, subject to applicable UAE PQR requirements and clinical privileges.
